美国ISM制造业采购经理人指数（PMI）录得49，虽高于预期的48.8和前值48.5，但仍处于收缩区间，近期的经济收缩趋势尚未明显减缓。尽管关税有所下调，但企业仍面临更高的成本和需求下降的双重压力。

美国制造商表示，持续的贸易战推高了成本、抑制了需求，并使盈利预测变得更加困难。ISM指数为49，意味着制造业连续第四个月处于收缩状态。

受此消息影响，欧元兑美元（EURUSD）延续强劲上涨势头，升至1.18。价格在上升趋势线附近获得支撑，上行空间明确，近期的上涨动能有望继续，测试1.2的可能性增加。

英格兰银行（BoE）行长安德鲁·贝利（Andrew Bailey）周二在讲话中表示，英国劳动力市场正在降温，并明确暗示利率面临下行压力。尽管英国制造业PMI保持在47.7，贝利仍指出，标普全球数据显示，英国制造业经济状况正在恶化。

英镑兑美元（GBPUSD）上升至上行趋势线上轨并触及1.38枢轴点。预计价格将回调，测试下方的上升趋势线及1.35枢轴点，寻找潜在支撑。
